Our latest addition to the Trio Plus range of floor protection products is Ram Board, a re-usable, heavy duty impact resistant, hard floor protector imported from the USA.

Tested in the extreme conditions of Hollywood films (it's been used on location during shooting of several blockbusters including Armageddon, the Hulk and Pirates of the Caribbean). It's been designed for contractors working on demanding construction projects, so it can stand up to the toughest of tests (such as being driven over by a forklift truck) and keep your hard floor intact and undamaged underneath.

Its non-staining and it uses Flex-Fiber technology which allows new floors to cure. Ram Board doesn't just protect wooden floors, it can be used on a number of other surfaces, including:  Concrete, Wood, Tile, Stone, Linoleum, Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) & Epoxy.

Unlike most floor protection products Ram Board temporary hard floor protection is vapour permeable and can be used as soon as the floor has been laid. The floor will remain flat and true, thanks to the breathable layer. As it can be appllied straight away and then left, there's no waiting around for the floor to cure before other works can be completed.

Ram Board was engineered for contractors and designed to cover hard floors quickly, efficiently and economically. It lays fast and flat and is supplied on rolls for ease of application and transportation around any size and level of building site, construction or renovation project. Made from 100% recycled materials, Ram Board is wholly environmentally friendly and has won awards in testament to this fact. It is made from cardboard, paper, ply-fibres,  and reinforcers. Whatever the surface, we recommend Ram Board is best cut with a utility knife for a perfect fit. Heavy duty construction grade tape used on the seams. Please note that the curing rate when tape is applied may vary.The roll size is 38" X 100' (317 sq. feet.)  or 96.5cm X 30.4 m (29.4 Sq. m).
